Everett

Carol, Lauren, and I drove up to Everett to do some post-holiday shopping. While Carol was perusing the shops I took the opportunity to grab a couple of caches. First stop was the outlet stores, and Lauren and I did a quick drive-by of "Go the Back Way." It's an easy cache and we found it fairly quickly. As we forgot a pen we didn't write in the log, and we didn't take anything.

Then we headed to the Alderwood Mall. "Hi-gear" was located right there, so I bagged that one. It's located in a very heavily travelled area, and there were muggles everywhere. I tried to be as inconspicuous as possible.

First Find of 2010!

The rain let up this afternoon so Lauren and I headed out to find the Klahanie Trail #1 geocache located only a few hundred feet from our house. I used my new iPhone 3GS and the Geocaching app to locate it. We found it within a few minutes, and then headed back home as the rain was starting up again. Here's a picture of Lauren at the cache:
